Terms & Conditions of 7starwin

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager or bet on the 7starwin platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who interact with the platform in any capacity.

7starwin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 7starwin.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The 7starwin platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to provide truthful information at the time of registration. 3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on 7starwin. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 7starwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all pending withdrawals, and void any bonus balances without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat. Any activity that occurs on your account prior to your notification of a security breach will be treated as having been authorised by you.

• Sharing account credentials with third parties, allowing others to play on your behalf, or accepting payment to play on behalf of another person

Where 7starwin reasonably suspects that any of the above prohibited activities have occurred, the platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s) without prior notice, withhold or void any balance and pending withdrawals, and pursue recovery of losses caused by the prohibited conduct through available legal channels.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

7starwin reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Detection of duplicate accounts attributable to the same individual
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a payment provider
• Evidence of underage gambling
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance held within the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request (for any reason other than a breach), any verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within five business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
